How about change it on ComboBox with TimeZoneInfo items? Really difficult to convert from local time to UTC and understand - does displayed UTC time correct or not. With time zone selection it should be more easy.

Don't touch it at all. It used in rare cases when a server is not set to a correct time zone by a lazy admin or is not synced ages. YAF uses UTC only. All date time settings are set in user profiles only. And for guests too.

Simple question. Where I can set a server time zone? Nowhere.

Simple answer. Hosting provider will make it for you.

Not a good behavior. I have 2 instances of YAF. One for local community. One for english.

Anyway if YAF takes zone location from hosted server why "Server Time Zone Correction" exists?
