Hi Ingo, just below your profile picture, it says you only have 2 posts. Is that a bug in the YAF code?

Any chance to get it compiled against new framework versions? Subject and description are not editable. Is it related to number of posts? Edited by user 10 July 2017 23:05:26(UTC)

Quote:Any chance to get it compiled against new framework versions? No at this point 4.5.2 is the most common version. what would be the benefit of using newer versions? If you need different framework then you need to compile the source https://github.com/YAFNE.../YAF-v2.2.4.1-Source.zip The benefit is that there are difficulties with compiling yaf with newer framework versions all the 3rd-party soft in mind. Jaben almost didn't use it by the reason. I have 4.7 installed on a dedicated server and I'm forced to compile the rest of asp.net code around forum in 4.5.2. I wouldn't touch it but the owner was forced to switch server and has some current troubles. Edited by user 11 July 2017 09:45:18(UTC)

Tried to update using the 2.2.4.1 upgrade package, but it reverted the installed 2.2.3 beta to 2.2.2 beta when I ran the /install... [confused] |

Downloaded the upgrade zip file from http://yetanotherforum.net/download I only can guess that you somehow downloaded the wrong version. https://github.com/YAFNE...YAF-v2.2.4.1-Upgrade.zip
