My organization is looking to customize the User Registration screen to capture Specific Mandatory user data during the registration process. The information we would like to capture is listed below...

- First & Last Name (can be separate fields)
- Country
- City, State (We're in the USA)
- Custom Field (Numeric Only)

I'm aware that the Custom Field will mean a DB change, but that shouldn't be an issue. I think the issue may lay in creating the Fields on the registration screens.

Thanks in Advance!

The Country, City and state already exist in one register page. First and Last Name exist as Real Name.

If you want to add custom profile properties follow my guide from...
