I don't think this is a bug, but thought I'd mention it regardless.

If I have "Allow Topic Status Option:" enabled, and a user selects the first item in the menu (blank) the topic is prefaced with "[]".

Example after selecting Informative: [Informative] Visual Studio 101 Tech Tips

Example after selecting blank: [] Visual Studio 101 Tech Tips
