I have enable topic status, and I can see how to set the topic status when creating the new topic.

But is it possible to CHANGE the topic status after posting.

I would like to be able to change from bug to fixed for example.

Yes, try editing the topic starting post. You should be able to then if I remember correctly. I haven't had that feature enabled in awhile.

status cannot be set while posting but, is available while editing the post.

I too am having this problem. I'm using a modified interface. This is my first time using Yet. Can someone help me fixed?

I don't know of any solution, the only workaround i found is to post a reply, then edit my own post and change the status.

What version of yaf are you using, probably an older version where that feature doesn't exist?
