I have a user who for some reason has his email on the banned email list. He wants to create an account but the system won't let him because it says his email was banned by the automatic spam system. I currently have to automatic system disabled, but ti sill gets listed. How can I diable completely he automatic spam system?

Well you can ether remove the email address from the banned email list via Admin >  Spam Protection > Banned Emails , or you Set Handling of Bots during Registration to do Nothing in the host settings
