It seems as though no watch topic emails have been sent for a long time now, I currently have 482 rows in yaf_WatchTopic where the LastMail column is null.

Is this table no longer used or is this an issue and there is something else going on? How do I go about debugging this?

Sending a test email and things like password reset emails are all sent OK, so it's not the smtp settings.

Just upgraded to 3.1.12 - no change.

OK - Apologies, it appears as though that column no longer gets updated and the emails are getting sent (it's just that not many people have watched anything) 🙄
